60-Day Returns & Refunds
This policy applies to purchases of the Electrical Muscle Stimulator (FM-B2403A) from Novixme, operated by Invodot LLC.
Return window
Request a return within 60 calendar days after delivery. Reasonable opening and testing is allowed.
Fees
There is no restocking fee. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping only. Novixme covers authorized return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
How to return
Contact support to start a return. We will provide return directions and the current return address. Do not ship a return without authorization.
For change-of-mind returns we may offer a prepaid tracked label with the actual label cost disclosed and approved in advance for deduction from your refund, or you may arrange tracked shipping yourself.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally initiated within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected. Your card provider may take additional time to post the credit. This policy does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
Pads and hygiene
Used adhesive electrode pads may not be restocked for hygiene reasons. Device returns remain available under this policy as described above.
